Commissions
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are fully agreeing with the next Terms of Service below
Engagement:-As a client you must be at least 18 years old to commission me
-As a client you must provide clear pictures, details, reference images, character sheets, specific text or similar as required for the commission
-Unless stated otherwise, it's assumed that commissions are for personal use. Commercial usages have different rules and additional costs. Not providing this information from the start will result in abandonment of the commission and blacklisting you
Copyrights:-You can post the final piece anywhere you want, as long you credit me
- As the artist I reserve the right to display the commission and respective WIP(s) on my social media or portfolio at my discretion.
- You can choose if you want your name/username mentioned on said post or if I will post the work as an anonymous commission. If you do not want the commission to be posted I will refrain for a small fee
-You cannot claim the commission as your own work, erase my signature, resell it, use it for NFT or AI of any kind
-I will not claim the intellectual property of your Original character (OC)
-The final product, at full resolution will be sent by email
Payment:-All prices are in USD
-The monetary transaction must be paid in full via PayPal. I will not start working until then. Once we are in agreement on the price I will send the invoice
-Payment plans are offered with prices above $200
-Refunds are available only before the sketch work has started
-In the case that I, the artist, cannot finish the commission for any reason, you can ask for a full refund
-The commission purchase applies for a digital artwork only

- Copying another artist’s art style❗ I have the right to turn down commissions if I’m not comfortable
❗ Complex/detailed designs will add a fee accordingly stated before the payment transaction
Communication and revisions:- Email is the preferred communication method, but social media/discord chat can also be used if a client requests it
- I will message you back as quickly as possible
- Clients will receive updates of the ongoing progress of their commission at least once on the followings stages:
rough sketch >final sketch > lineart > flat color > final color
- Small modifications such as missing details, color adjustment, and correcting inaccurate elements are free of charge. The client is responsible to look over the WIP and provide feedback for any change necessary
- Bigger modifications or adjustments past the proper stage will charge a fee according the nature of the change
Timeline/schedule:- Time to complete a commission varies between 2 weeks to 8 weeks starting after the payment transaction
- Timeline may depend on complexity and current workload. Complex commissions will take longer.
- If there’s a deadline (birthday, event, etc) it must be discussed from the start. Only if the schedule allows it a priority privilege can be negotiated. A rush fee will be applied if the deadline is set in less than 2 weeks
